Pedestrian Struck by Car in Crosswalk Resulting in Leg Fracture 
The firm obtained a $175,000 settlement on behalf of an elderly gentleman who sustained a tibia/fibula fracture of his left leg requiring surgical repair as a result of being struck by a turning vehicle.  After surgery our client was fortunate to make a great recovery and obtain maximum mobility.
